- Orders are dispatched after our team confirms them with you by phone or WhatsApp.

- The delivery charge (if any) is shown in your cart and at checkout.
Cash on delivery
Pay the full order amount in cash to the courier when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready if you can.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Changing your mind
If you would like to return an unused item in its original packaging, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Return delivery costs may apply.
